Cosima “Cosi” Clements is the founder of Bennu Title and Law. With a background in real estate law and development, Cosi brings a practical perspective to complex transactions and works closely with clients to navigate challenges and mitigate risk. She handles both residential and commercial closings and is focused on making real estate closings smooth, efficient, and solution driven.
Cosi holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and is licensed to practice law and issue title insurance in the State of Louisiana.
Jacqueline “Jacky” Kepper – Owner | Attorney | Chief Operating Officer
Jacqueline “Jacky” Kepper has over a decade of experience advising clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title matters, and property law. She holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans, giving her a multidisciplinary perspective on land use, zoning, and urban development.
In 2025, she was appointed to the New Orleans City Planning Commission, where she helps guide decisions on land use, zoning, and long-term development policy for the city.
Jacky holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and is licensed to practice law and issue title insurance in the State of Louisiana.
Brennan Mackey Pizzolato – Attorney | Commercial Underwriting Specialist
Brennan Mackey Pizzolato is a Louisiana commercial real estate and title insurance attorney with fifteen years of experience underwriting, structuring, and closing complex real estate transactions throughout the state.
She serves as outside underwriting and closing counsel for lenders, developers, investors, and national title insurers, with a practice focused on transactions involving elevated title and collateral risk. Her work includes acquisitions, refinancings, construction and permanent loans, distressed assets, and succession-driven transfers, with particular emphasis on mechanic’s liens, heirship issues, survey and boundary defects, legacy encumbrances, and insurable closing structures.
