Cosima Clements - Owner/Attorney

Cosima “Cosi” Clements – Cosi fell in love with the City of New Orleans after attending and graduating from Loyola University New Orleans and Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law. Being raised by a real estate developer/architect and real estate broker, it was only fitting that Cosi found her niche in transactional real estate and title law. After practicing for over a decade, Cosi decided to open Bennu Title, LLC to give clients a closing experience that is one-of-a-kind. She currently resides in the Bywater, where she swears she’ll never leave, with her husband, Rene Rocha, and French Bulldog, Sophie.

Jacky Kepper - Managing Attorney

Jacky Kepper – is a Louisiana licensed attorney and title insurance agent. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans. 

Jacky has gained extensive experience in specialized real estate transactions including relocation, tax title and REO/foreclosure properties. She is no stranger to the complexities and unexpected issues that can come into play while getting to the closing table and is committed to providing thorough, timely, professional service to all of Bennu’s clients. She currently lives in Lakeview with her husband, Stephen Kepper, and their three children.
